Any time I walk into a "Mandarin" ('all you can eat' Chinese (Canadian Chinese)) restaurant, I marvel at the amount of food that must be wasted. People take huge platesful over and over, and usually the last one is about half finished. I also wonder what happens to the food left over at the end of the day. There must be tons.
