I heard of a new trend over here. Some places do that already. 'All you can eat' but you pay extra for whatever's left in your plate when you leave the place.
Perhaps the solution to that food wasting.

People take huge platesful over and over, and usually the last one is about half finished. I also wonder what happens to the food left over at the end of the day. There must be tons.
