Instead of the fat going in the trash it will now be on your hips... :o) When I was growing up we had the rule 'finish everything on your plate.' I do not have that rule. I think it teaches overeating. Somehow the lesson to take less to begin with never sinks in. Given the percentage of overweight Americans I don't think it is rare...
