Okay here is an example of exact data etc to be contained within the report/s

Data Table Name: Veg
Fields pertinent to report: strain,quantity,location2,userid,date,notes
Criteria Index On Strain, date (descending)sum totals on individual strain/s

Strain          Quantity     location2     userid     date           notes
Blueberry       150          1C            101        05/12/2008     and then..
Blueberry       112          11D           104        05/12/2008     Okay!!

etc....

what they are looking for is a report that will show only the totalsum of Blueberry possibly a dozen or more records with 1 sum total
