I applied for the hotfix and this is the reply from MS:

"Hotfix described in KB article 948528 is included in Service Pack 2" they say? That came out long ago. I certainly do not intend calling them.
So much for the hotfix. This sounds like a "do not bother me" reply.

I guess I will have to do what Carlos suggested and forget about it.
