Don't worry Tracy, we're putting all our resources into stopping global warming, their children will still have a planet. What do you mean they have nothing to eat? Let them eat cake!

Seems like this whole free trade and oil price and production/distribution based on the market may be devastating for some countries (who don't produce oil).
