Ah the joys of parenting! :o) Haley is working at Little Cesars right now and prior to that she worked in a japanese restaurant. Her goal is definitely college at UNC, however, she has changed it to the Pembroke campus for the first couple of years because that is where all of her friends are going. I am just happy at this point that her goal is still to attend a 4 year university! :o) The drudgery at the two locations did the final convincing so I think you are on the right course :o) Haley quickly learned that you can make a lot of money owning your own business if you know the business inside and out and if you work a LOT of hours (she sees the hours the owners put in. She definitely doesn't want to be a workerbee if she can help it...



>Allie is going to be starting out at a community college. She did the bare minimum all the way through high school, just enough to get by. Given that, a four year school doesn't make sense right now (even if she could get admitted). We're going to give this a try and see if she discovers some motivation. If she gets a job for this summer, which she hasn't yet, I hope it is such pure drudgery she decides that isn't the way she wants to spend the next 40 years. She's not dumb, just lazy.
