Hi,

A customer (overseas) is reporting the C0000005 problem as soon as he starts loading the EXE file. The problem is on some (but not all) computers. The screen shot of the message I got from him says
Fatal error: Exception code=C0000005 @ 5/27/08 05:12 PM
Error log file: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft\VFP\vfp9rerr.log
So far I asked him to delete FOXUSER.DBF and FOXUSER.FPT but that didn't solve the problem.

Do you think that if I ask him to send me the Vfp9rerr.log file the content could be of any help troubleshooting this problem?

Any other suggestions to try?
