The contents of that log file certainly couldn't hurt.

There are tons of threads here on C5 problems... you could check the Fox Wiki as well. The most common cause is incorrect or buggy hardware drivers, especially video or printer. If the crashing machines are all one make and model, and the ones that aren't are different makes/models this is most likely the issue.
