Well Tracy, I was just joking of course, but...

Why the fact that they do not pay taxes (in US, I am sure they pay taxes in Mexico, at least they should! <g>) makes an impossibility for a candidate to visit other countries's states? If, for example, Obama as a candidate wants to delineate an immigration policy he might be interested in talking with political leaders of those Mexican states that border the USA to ponder the chance of success of said policies. If my memory is not deserting me once again, is very common for presidential candidates of Argentina to travel abroad to have talks with leaders of other countries (some times even to city level) as part of their campaign.
