False imprisonment has never been a defense in a situation like this. Non-citizens don't or used to not, have the rights of a US citizen. This latest legislation from the supremes will hamper the effort, but I'm willing to bet there is a quick fix for this. All the US has to do is move these people to other countries. I have no sympathy for people who would kill us. They are the authors of their own destruction.
