They are still waiting to be judged, so they are innocent until the court rule that they are found guilty. As prisoners, they should have the same protection as the others. Given that some of them are incarcerated for more than 6 years, I find this delay completely unacceptable.

This latest legislation from the supremes will hamper the effort, but I'm willing to bet there is a quick fix for this. All the US has to do is move these people to other countries. I have no sympathy for people who would kill us. They are the authors of their own destruction.
