People who aren't US citizens don't or shouldn't have the protection of our constitution, particularly when they have been designated terrorists. I don't want our government torturing people, or wrongfully imprisoning them either, but I think our guys need to not be handcuffed in this war against the jihadists. I fear the liberals are going to make it impossible to prosecute a war. I had hoped the pres would challenge the supremes on this issue. This is a dangerous precedent.

I could be jailed, just because I look like somebody and have no chance to get legal protection?
