If that were the rule, I think the only green vegetables I'd eat would be celery and lettuce. Everything else has a flavor I need to moderate. Even with lettuce, I usually add some dried fruit (usually cherries) and salad dressing. I'm really sensitive to bitter tastes, so vegetables are a trial for me.
