There's something in the report itself that's DOS related, or at least Fox2.x - that's the last time we had printer driver info in the report. Try to clean out the report - copy objects one by one, band by band, into a blank report. The old report has who knows how much history in it, some of it obsolete _pdriver related stuff. Just get rid of that and do it clean.
