There's nothing on their site about paying for support. I'm really not sure what the deal is.

I've been working on another project, so I haven't gotten back to this one. But I'm starting to think that I'll need to come up with different installation packages for different versions of Windows. With luck, I'll figure out to make it all look like one in Inno.
