This is one of those areas where my political predilection to being a strict interpreter of the Constitution and being a father clash. I agree with the idea that you can't execute a felon when the victim doesn't die (reluctantly)...but if it was my daughter.....

Glenn Beck had an insightful take on this tonight - he said that he was happy with today's gun ruling so that if anyone broke into his house and raped his daughter he would have the gun at hand to shoot the bastard dead.
