Brett --- Do you know the memory addresses in conflict? It sounds to me like it might be an extended memory (EMS) conflict. I don't have FPD installed here, but I seem to recall that you could run a non-extended version of FPD that didn't use EMS...try that.....OR...in your memory manager EMS386 or whatever....if you know the mem range in conflict you can block it with a command line EXCLUDE....again I don't have docs here but I hope this gives you some direction.
