Peter, this is a situation that spiralled to regrettable conclusion. Naomi did A which upset Andy. Andy did B which upset Naomi, and so on, each action being a bigger one than the previous. Let's also not forget Naomi's employer -- who knows what their motivation was?
As I've stated before, none of us here have all the details, so we can't judge what happened. What I don't understand is why this is not a private dispute between them and why community members feel the need to get involved and pick sides. If I have a fight with a golfing friend, do I expect everyone in the clubhouse to discuss it and decide who's right and who's wrong without even knowing what it's about?
I'm done discussing this. I've stated my opinions. It's time to move on.
