Good for you if that's what you know is best for you. Still, though, you could be the teetottler at the table yakking with John and I while we downed some drafts. It isn't about drinking or lack thereof, it's about good company.
Side note: Several years ago Ed Rauh, Craig B., and I briefly discussed my idea of having a 1 or 2 day get-together of VFP folks at Stone Mountain, Georgia. Families welcome and there would be no (or few) technical sessions. The whole idea was to further the bond of the community, networking, and maintain friendships. Now that Kevin Cully has ended Fox Forward I've been thinking that it's an idea worth reviving.
