>>You really should take a good look at Strataframe. There is so much more to it than I imagined from their website and my initial playing with the evaluation copy. The localization stuff would be very interesting for you. Goes way beyond INTL, IMO. I think you would like it very much.
>>
>>If you are interested I can put you in touch with the people who can answer any questions you may have and who know who you are ( I mentioned you as one of the developers I thought could appreciate what they are doing but said I thought you were committed to using DevForce ) I know they'd be happy to give you a very good chance to evaluate the product and would value your opinion.

>>We had developers from Denmark, Brazil, and Ireland in this class and I think the product comes localized in 9 languages out of the box. As you can tell, I am very impressed with it. We can discuss this by email any time if you like.

>Maybe. I just don't like evaluation copies with constraints (particularly time wise because I don't have plenty of it:). Some of the things on their site also pushed me away from even checking further (maybe the writer was nontechincal but someone should have read at least - for example sayings about remoting sounded wrong to me).
>PS: Turkish is not one of those 9, is it:) Hopefully it can at least be used under Turkish windows ( there were a .Net bug - maybe corrected in 2005 or 2008, I don't use TR settings).

Turkish is not one of the 9 right now, but you must see the tools for localization to believe what it can do. I think a special evaluation can be arranged for you - yani parasiz cok uzun zamanli evaluation gibi bir sey. Email olarak konusalim.

Charles Hankey

Though a good deal is too strange to be believed, nothing is too strange to have happened.
- Thomas Hardy

Half the harm that is done in this world is due to people who want to feel important. They don't mean to do harm-- but the harm does not interest them. Or they do not see it, or they justify it because they are absorbed in the endless struggle to think well of themselves.

-- T. S. Eliot
Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for lunch.
Liberty is a well-armed sheep contesting the vote.
- Ben Franklin

Pardon him, Theodotus. He is a barbarian, and thinks that the customs of his tribe and island are the laws of nature.
