I have a hard time trying to limit the access of my daughter on my computer (Vista). It seem that I only have two choices: Limited access or Administrator. I obviously don't want to give her administrator rights, but with Limited access, she can't download/install anything. Is there a way to tweak the settings so that she can download from some sites and install updates/patches on some software?

For example, she would like to download and install new Sims from the official web site. With Limited access it's impossible without entering the administrator password twice: when downloading and when installing. Quite a pain when she want to install a bunch of new Sims.
