>I have a hard time trying to limit the access of my daughter on my computer (Vista). It seem that I only have two choices: Limited access or Administrator. I obviously don't want to give her administrator rights, but with Limited access, she can't download/install anything. Is there a way to tweak the settings so that she can download from some sites and install updates/patches on some software?

>For example, she would like to download and install new Sims from the official web site. With Limited access it's impossible without entering the administrator password twice: when downloading and when installing. Quite a pain when she want to install a bunch of new Sims.
Some options:
- get her her own computer
- if you have to stick with one computer, set up a virtual machine instance of Vista for her, so she can't affect yours
