I found the problem, the new driver for my Diamond AGP video board is defective. I did not suspect it because the driver is certified by M$ to run under win98. Someone messed up. Pass it along if you hear of anyone else.
by the way, when is fox 6.0 due? Should I get the the package with visual basic also? I guess I will have to start learning it!
