I guess I missed the part specifying 'national debt.' I was thinking tax plans and the cost to Americans (BAD FOR AMERICANS and one of my biggest concerns), not the national debt (loans). As to the national debt, analysis does show that McCain's plans will increase it more than Obama, although both will do so in the trillions:

One thing neither of the two candidates have spoken on enough is how to decrease the national debt by decreasing spending.
