Ironically, the parentheses don't seem to be required since the command works with or without them--as long as I Set Reportbehavior 80 and use the ASCII clause. But I will put them back for consistency. Thanks for pointing that out.

I suppose ASCII should have been a no-brainer on the print to file pass anyway since one would expect it to be faster. What I learned from this is that regardless of the setting for Set Reportbehavior, printing to file without the ASCII clause generates an 'Error loading printer driver.' message. That caused the application to hang--and I just thought it was slow <g>.
