Hi Al.
Yes, I saw that. His comments implied that they set up their customers with EnableOpLocks Off, which is not the default for the OS. Coupled with the other articles from Microsoft and Superbase listed above, I began to think that this is common knowledge and everyone sets up the registry to avoid memo field corruption.
It'll be interesting to see what others are doing.
