It look to me that a hurricane have a bigger impact in the US than in any other country. Haiti have already been hit by Gustav and Hanna and it look like Ike will also make a visit there next week. There's over 160 deads already with the first 2 hurricanes and they haven't finish looking for all the victims.

Where are the journalist and the TV coverage on Haiti? Gustav was heavily coveraged with journalists all over the place and the same coverage is being put in place for Ike. In the meantime, the victims in Haiti dies in perfect anonymity. Does a US life is worth more than a Haitian life?
