I looked at the articles after you made this post and I don't know either what the connection is. Castro used to blame the US embargo for all of his economic woes and made it a scapegoat - perhaps Morales is making a scapegoat out of Goldberg to shift blame plus making his buddies Castro and Chavex happy....a "two-fer" as we say.
