Who decides? That's a good question. I thought it was our Microsoft MVP lead, but judging from the emails I've exchanged with him, I think they send it to some central committee ... or that might be only because we've had our C# MVP lead change hands 3 times this year. I wish we still had the original guy, Rafael Munoz ... I would have gotten rewnewed for sure. He liked me. =0)
