We are experiencing an issue trying to read an XML file created in Access with XmlToCursor.It tells us the file format is unrecognizable.

Anyone have an idea why a MS product cannot read an XML file created by another MS product that is suppose to have standards applied to its creation?

I tried to post fragments of the xml and xsd file but it won't let me. When the user created the file in Access they tried every option combination.
