I guess a lot of Congressmen got pushback from their constituents, but it still surprises me that the measure failed with President Bush, both Presidential candidates, and House leadership from both parties behind it. The Dow fell 770 points today, the biggest one day loss ever. What a fiasco. The bad economic news just doesn't stop.
