Interesting that the McCain camp states they were not aware of the book when she was chosen, although they didn't demand a new moderator but rather stated they thought she could be fair and would participate.
I am surprised that everyone is ok with it. She clearly has a personal and financial stake in Obama's winning. She actually should pull herself out of the debate. I recall the dems refusing to participate in the debate held by Fox back when and everyone thought that was as it should be. Yet when the shoe is on the other foot... interesting... (just reflecting on coments in general from many, not anyone in particular)
