Suppose, in the original process (that actually prints them) the X number of records were printed and the Y failed. We can keep the word document that was generated in some place. The operator now says - I want to re-print the records (or call them accounts) starting from Account X. We need to open this word file, find this record (page) and start printing from this page. That's how I understood your idea.

Sure, that was the first one. BUT you didn't have any control of this. You just open the document and show Printer dialog. WHat values user enters in the printer dialog you didn't know (and I suppose you didn't care). But if you want to have full control over this method I am not sure if this is possible. To be honest I can't imagine how you can put the starting page in print dialog (if you know how, please just tech me).

Another approach is to add some control (Combo, textBox) in your printing form and put Starting account in it. If it is empty(or whatever value you choose or even depends of some checkbox.value) the start from beginning. If it is not then start from the that value.
