Why automate the PDF process at the 'remote end'? If I understand correctly, you need data in a PDF. Develop a FoxPro application to gather and send the data as XML, TXT, CSV, or whatever, and if necessary generate the PDF with form/fields back at the base camp from the transmitted data, and send it on for further handling.

Not the most elegant solution, but maybe an idea you can leverage a solution from.
