Same here. I have a couple different repositories for source, documentation and even archived stuff. Works well.

We really would like to have something integrated that works. Right now, if someone builds all files in their project, it shows most files as Renegade, though nothing really has been changed in the content. Very annoying and takes away the ability to know if something really has been modified. Have you found a way to work around that?
