I try not to do that. You are right that neither party has had a fillibuster-proof majority in some time. That said, I do believe a lot of the blame for the spiraling debt can be laid at President Bush's door.
And now I will return to perfect bipartisanship ;-)

So the democrats should stop trying to place all of the blame on the republicans, they are pretty much both equally at fault for "failed policies".
