Did you move "Remote Desktop Size" slider to the "Full Screen" ?

That, coupled with the windows taskbar, which I like to keep visible, makes the viewport too small. Hiding the task bar helps but a horizontal scrollbar appears, which shouldn't since ample horizontal space is available. Seems Windows sets the overall window to the width it wants but vertical scroolbar robs space requiring horizontal scroll bar.

>>>A computer with a 1680 x 1050 monitor causes a problem. When connecting to a remote desktop you cannot see the full remote screen at once but have to scroll up and down. That happens because the local screen is wider than the remote screen which prevents a full screen display and therefore requires space for the top and bottom borders of the local window.
