yes it looks like the css was missing. What I have noticed was that a script error was displayed on my status line.

So, because the stylesheet went back ok, as a new login was not done, the toolbar was not corrected. And, it was on the next login. I do not know what has caused this. I will do some lookups to see if I can find something. In the meantime, if you get it back, simply log in again and that should fix it.
