>Launchy is a tad quicker, because it keeps a table of your runnable stuff (the way you define the locations and extensions, either as global or per location), so it doesn't search just %path%, but anywhere you tell it - and it searches when your machine is idle and keeps a table, not that it searches when you type a command. And you only type the first few characters of a command, then it pops up a MRU... cool utility.

Here is another program you may want to look at. It's been around a while so you may have heard of it. Note that they have now broken the 640K memory barrier.
