I tried that and it works fine when running from the command window and in
forms that run in the _SCREEN, but it doesn't appear to work in Top
Level forms. If I run a UDF to create the popup I can see it with
DISP MEMO, and it works from the command window. Then I DO wwHelp
which is a Top Form. At this point the hotkey no longer works even
if I go back to the command window. Once I kill the form, the popup
works again. DISP MEMO shows the popup to be there all along.

IT doesn't seem to matter in which context (in _SCREEN or the form)
the popup is created. It doesn't want to work in the top form.
