Hello Mike...

Please, don't get me wrong.. My try is about help only.. But, think... All of your values brought you where you are (maybe hurting yourself and the people you most love).

To go out of this point you need to be prepared to break with yours own paradigms (standards)... If you select only the options that sounds cool or compatible with your thougts you will never get out from this point.

IOW, you need a medicine... On your actual values you don't believe that medicine works (or think it isn't compatible with you.. That medicine has been used all over the world in many others humans... Give a chance.. Only give a chance.. Submit you to do that.. Believe me.. You're not different than any other that has been passed over this hard difficult..

If you can't do by heart try by discipline!
