Given that the Jews were expelled from Holland in the 1400s and the 1500s, I doubt that would be acceptable. Of course, we have our own history of not willingly accepting Jews here too. Not quite the same, but General Grant was behind that in the 1860s restricting them from being anywhere near the Tennessee military.
