>>I've been fighting this for some time now. I have some .bmp files that (sometimes) display properly, and other times are fuzzy. I've posted this several times on the thread and gotten numerous replies - none of which has worked. I thought is was simply my display driver but it happens on other computers. You never know when and I can't duplicate it consistantly. Sometimes good, sometimes fuzzy.

>Your problem probably has to do with either file corruption or the resolution settings of your computers. As for jpg being better than bmp, it's not for quality graphics because it actually loses some of the image due to compression. However, you can store many more and they will display much faster than a bmp. Unless I had to have the graphic resolution, I wouldn't even think of using bmp over jpg. Just my opinion.
Thanks - just trying to get opinions on this.
