So far, I haven't been able to duplicate your behavior. I guess I would have to know the exact sequence of events that you have when VFP starts.

I assume you are using StartPEMEditor(), correct?

My guess is that you're invoking it very early. It saves its location each time that it closes; since, after it opens, something else that you are doing causes it to move (down and to the right, correct?) its relative location has changed and I can see how that would be repeated.

My suggestion is to move the invocation of StartPEMeditor() so that it is called later, much later, so that it doesn't get moved by your other actions. (I really don't know what would be causing it to move.) Then you should be OK.
