No, the point is to display a sense of entitlement. Person A feels entitled to having a child even though Person A can't possibly afford to raise one responsibly. Person A feels than Persons B-Z should foot the bill. This sets a precedence where Person B and C see that it worked out for Person A, so now they want to have children on the same stupid Liberal "entitled to do whatever you want and other people will pay for it" plan.

Meanwhile, Mike, Marcia, and William are working their tails off to have a good and enjoyable life. It's too bad that they have to pay for all of these children that should not have been created in the first place.
