Again thanks for your help. I did as you suggested. The Resource file in File Locations of Tools...Options had the path to the resource file grayed out, and the "use resource file" checkbox unchecked. All I had to do was click the checkbox, and the problem was solved.

I wonder how that got unchecked. Any ideas?
