Your posts implies that the rates referenced were way too low, not just the high value. I say that the mid bar, at about $75/hr, is actually higher than us average VFP coders get. I bet it's more like $40/hr for the average Joe working permanent.

$40.00 translates to about 80K. Thats pretty good money. Throw in health ins. and it's becomes very nice package.
