Well, I've tried that before. The argument I get then is that it is a lot eaiser to find a VB6 developer than a VFP developer...it's the 'what if you get run over by a truck' thing....

I've been working as a programmer since 1981, so I've seen plenty of things come and go. VFP has been my favorite thus far - and of course it will be around for many many more years. But at some point it just won't be feasable to work with it - like are you gonna write a new app in Pascal for dos? sure you CAN do it, but who the heck is gonna want it? VFP will end up the same way.
