Jess,

>>>Would it be possible to make MM2.3 Business Layer generator visible in VS2008?
>>
>>Jess, I don't think there would be anything gained from that nor would it work. The BLG is simply just a tool to create objects that you could easily create by hand also. If the objects created with the current BLG are not supporting what you need, they can be altered directly by either overriding behavior or calling specific overloads. The real problem *seems* to be understanding the differences. I am hopeful that Kevin can post some input on this.

>You are absolutely correct that we can do it by hand. But BLG is one of the main feature you need of buying mere mortals framework. MM2.3 can be compiled to Infragistics controls latest version. Actually that's what we were doing before until MM3.5 is released. I thought it was a mistake on our part to upgrade to 3.5.

>Anyway, we did it. We were able to make BLG appear in VS2008 Tools Menu and it works fine. We did some tweaks in the MMBusinessLayerGenerator plugin.

It appears I may have mis-understood your question. I thought you were asking to use the MM2.3BLG with MM3.5 framework. It would seem to me there would be differences which may well have been the very ones you were having problems with. At any rate, it sounds like you may have worked out a solution. Good luck
